Are Court Records Public in Oldham County?
Yes. The Kentucky Open Records Act and the Administrative Office of the Courts Open Records Policy govern the public disclosure of court records. Anyone in Oldham County can submit requests to view or copy records maintained by the Circuit or District Court during business hours.
